Preorders

First, if you don't see an item you are looking for on our Catalog Pre-Order pages, just let us know and we will add it for you. Simply send us a HotSlots132 Custom Pre-Order Email. Give us the Model number, Brand, (you can order from any of the brands we carry; or suggest a new one to us), brief Description with the suggested Retail Price, if you know it, and any other comments you would like to give us (like where you heard about the product, or features you really like about the product, would be great!). We will put a call in to our distributor and confirm back to you via email the price and that we have added your Pre-Order to our new Pre-Order catalog. We will give you a link to the correct category page, and you can place your Pre-Order at your convenience, so we can track it through our new system!

Benefits with our Catalog Pre-Order System:

1. One easy order to place for all your instock, Pre-Orders, and backorder needs
2. Your Pre-Orders are treated just like a backorder. You will have access to order history with your Pre-Orders!
3. No down payment or pre-payment need. You will be billed when merchandise ships. And as always, we will email you first before shipping. We can bill you directly if you have placed a credit card order with us in the previous 90 days. This gets the merchandise shipped out to you same day it arrives and saves you time. However, if you have not placed an order within 90 days, or if you have Pre-Ordered through PayPal we cannot do this. We will email you that merchandise has arrived; but we will ship out current credit card holder orders first as this can be in the most efficient manner. Sometimes we do run short of available product on Hot Pre-Orders; so we encourage you to order them via a credit card if possible. We will email all our customers as soon as we know a Pre-Order is arriving; to give you a few days notice. (Normally we have enough product; but once is a while, vendors have severe limits on orders that we can get.)
4. There is no penalty for canceling a Pre-Order. (However, if we get repeat cancellations; we reserve the right not to hold new Pre-Orders.) You need to email us the order number and product number you wold like to cancel. You will receive a reply email from us, letting you know we have canceled your preorder (same process for backorders). Then we recommend you check your account history to be sure it shows that your order has been deleted; or that your just the individual product of an order has been voided

For continental U.S. customers only, we offer free shipping for shippable Pre-Orders totaling over $75 (ie. if your total is over $75 that can be shipped at one time. ) If your Pre-Orders arrive at different times, we will need to ship them as received; as we cannot hold merchandise. We will email you when your order comes in and always give you the opportunity to add to any order to bring it over $75 by adding regular in stock items to it. Please understand that we will be using suggested retail pricing from our vendors; these prices are subject to change. The final prices may be higher or lower than the actual MSRP. As you know at Hotslots 1/32 our goal is to give you great prices! (Translation: If we can lower the prices, we will!) Be assured you won't be charged more for Pre-Orders than we would charge for same item if we carry it as a regular in stock item.
