Display boxes cracked during shipping are not subject to refund or replacement. We check all display boxes before we
ship them to be sure they are in good condition. However, they often arrive from the manufacturer with rub marks or
signs of wear from shipping. None of the shipping carriers consider display boxes to have a value, only that they are
to protect the merchandise. They will not reimburse us for cracked cases.
Slot cars are mass-produced, and are sold for the purpose of racing (unless the car comes in a collector box).
We cannot guarantee that the paint job on your car will be perfect, and cannot take back cars as defective due to
imperfections in paint jobs, or other minor flaws.
Cars that arrive in Collector boxes are personally inspected before we ship them, as we know the condition of the box
itself is very important. Again, these cars are mass produced, (except for the very highest priced cars), and the best
we or any dealer can do in such a situation is to sell you the best ones available within the limitations of the
manufacturer's quality control. (We do refuse car boxes that are split or damaged and send them back to our distributors.)

FREE United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground service shipping on In Stock merchandise purchases over $75 anywhere in the Contiguous U.S.

UPS will generally be used on packages 2-3 lbs and higher. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and foreign countries will be charged for actual shipping costs.
- Due to the manual time and labor involved in following up on back orders, we will charge for shipping on all back orders that are less than $75. We won't charge anything for the product or for shipping charges until the time of your order. We will email you when your back order arrives and always give you the option of adding to your order.
- You may request insurance as an added option that you would pay for. We encourage this; as neither the Post Office nor UPS will reimburse you for lost packages, stolen or for damaged packages without insurance.
- All unframed, posters, lithographs, and racing art, are shipped in high strength tubes.
- All racing art and framed racing art are shipped insured.
- In-stock slot car orders are shipped same day or next day (excluding holidays and Sundays)
- Illinois residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax
Expedited Shipping: We will make every attempt to fill your order if received by 4PM CT. We will email you and notify you that your order is shipped or let you know if we have experienced any problems.
USPS
Priority Mail provides a tracking number and offers 1-3 day service to most domestic destinations. We ship our packages Priority Mail when we use USPS. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. Priority Mail can also be insured up to $500.
Express Mail is trackable and offers overnight service to many destinations and is guaranteed or your money is refunded. Express Mail is delivered to many locations 365 days a year including weekends and holidays - at no extra charge - and delivered the next day by noon to select locations. Express Mail can also be insured. (The correct charge will show up on our website depending on your address.)
The Billing and Shipping address must be the same for Express Mail for all new customers
Parcel Post is not trackable and is the slowest of the three choices offered by USPS. We do not use Parcel Post as we have no way of tracking or proving that we have shipped your product. Please do not ask us to use this shipping method.
UPS
UPS provides a tracking number and is insurable up to any dollar amount.
Ground = 1-5
business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7
business days to and from Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
SPECIAL NOTE: Expedited shipping does not give you delivery on Saturday! Choose Saturday delivery if you need it on that day!
3 Day Select = Guaranteed Delivery in 3
business days. This is a good choice, especially during the holiday season.
2nd Day Air = Guaranteed Delivery in 2
business days.
Next Day Air = Delivery to businesses and most U.S. Residences next
business day, by 10:30AM.

Next Day Air Saver = Delivery to businesses and most U.S. Residences next
business day, by late afternoon or early evening.

Saturday Delivery is available. This option shows Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday on our website.

- ITEMS UNDER $75 Continental U.S. Average shipping cost for items weighing close to 2 lbs is approximately $7.50. (We always ask for delivery confirmation on our orders which adds .55)
