FREE United States Postal Service priority mail or UPS Ground service shipping on merchandise purchases over $75 anywhere in the Continental U.S.
UPS will generally be used on packages over 2-3lbs and higher.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,and foreign countries will be charged for actual shipping costs..
Special Note: Only USPS delivers to APO addresses. So if you have an APO address and your order is over $75, and lightweight enough to allow us to economically deliver it via the Post Office; there will not be a charge. However if you place a larger order; and we would normally deliver it via UPS; we will need to bill you the difference in shipping costs. USPS gets expensive for any freight over 3-4 lbs.
- Due to the manual time and labor involved in following up on back orders, we will charge for shipping on all back orders that are less than $75. We won't charge anything for the product or for shipping charges until the time of your order. We will email you when your back order arrives and always give you the option of adding to your order.
- You may request insurance as an added option that you would pay for. We encourage this; as neither the Post Office nor UPS will reimburse you for lost packages or for damaged packages without insurance.
- All unframed, posters, lithographs, and racing art, are shipped in high strength tubes.
- All racing art and framed racing art are shipped insured.
- In-stock slot car orders are shipped same day or next day (excluding holidays and Sundays)
- Illinois residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax
Expedited Shipping : We will make every attempt to fill your order if received by 3 pm CST. We will email you and notify you that your order is shipped or let you know if we have experienced any problems.
USPS
Priority Mail provides a tracking number and offers 1-3 day service to most domestic destinations. We ship our packages priority mail when we use USPS. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. Priority Mail can also be insured up to $500.
Express Mail is trackable and offers overnight service to many destinations and is guaranteed or your money is refunded. Express Mail is delivered to many locations 365 days a year including weekends and holidays - at no extra charge - and delivered the next day by noon to select locations. Express Mail can also be insured. (The correct charge will show up on our website depending on your address.)
Parcel Post is not trackable and is the slowest of the three choices offered by USPS. We do not use Parcel Post as we have no way of tracking or proving that we have shipped your product. Please do not ask us to use this shipping method.
UPS
UPS provides a tracking number; is insurable up to any dollar amount.
Ground = 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7
business days to and from Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
SPECIAL NOTE: Expedited shipping does not give you delivery on Saturday! Choose Saturday delivery if you need it on that day!
3 Day Select = Guaranteed Delivery in 3
business days This is a good choice, especially during the holiday season.
2nd Day Air = Guaranteed Delivery in 2
business days
Next Day Air = Delivery to businesses and most U.S. Residences next
business day by 10:30AM
Next Day Air Saver = Delivery to businesses and most U.S. Residences next
business day by late afternoon or early evening
Saturday Delivery = Saturday delivery is available, This option shows Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday on our website.
Note: UPS will guarantee your package delivery on expedited shipping or refund the cost of your shipping. UPS offers up to the value of $100 of free insurance on items damaged during shipment. Please see the UPS website for full details;(this information is only on this page for general information; we do not represent this as all the details of the UPS insurance policy). - ITEMS UNDER $75 Continental U.S. Average shipping cost for items weighing close to 2lbs is approximately $6.85. (We always ask for delivery confirmation on our orders which adds .55)

Customs Duty, special fees, taxes and other charges are your responsibility. Some countries reserve the right to impose customs duties, taxes or other fees on imported products. Our company has no control over this and cannot be held responsible for these charges. Please note, Hotslots 132 Slot Car Shop can not choose or select any courier service or delivery company when we ship by USPS Global Express or USPS Global Priority. Couriers are selected by each country’s Postal Service.

Special Note on UPS brokerage fees! We have negotiated a special brokerage fee for our Canadian customers who use ground shipping.
For orders under $20 there isn't a brokerage fee (this is standard)
For orders between $20 and $200 in customs value there is only a $10 brokerage fee.
For orders over $200 in customs value, there will be the standard brokerage fee.

Global Express Guaranteed provides a tracking number and is a reliable high-speed service for mailing time-sensitive items to more than 175 countries and territorial possessions. It provides customers with expeditious handling and delivery on an “on demand” basis.
Global Express Guaranteed shipments are insured against loss, damage, or rifling up to $100.00 at no additional cost. The insurance fee is $1.00 for each $100.00 or fraction thereof. The maximum weight limit is 70 lbs. See your

Express Mail International provides a tracking number to most major destinations and is insured against loss, damage, or rifling up to $100.00 at no additional cost. Express Mail International generally arrives in 3-5 business days. Optional insurance coverage for shipments above $100.00 is available for merchandise items only. The insurance fee is $1.00 for each $100.00 or fraction thereof. The maximum weight limit ranges from 22 lbs to 70 lbs; but for most countries it is 44lbs. You can request adult signature with EMS/ but only on insured packages. See your
